Bringing order to point-of-sale data

The situation

Retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) and EFTPOS data arrived in many formats, many of them never seen before. All of it had to be brought into one regimented model before it was useful.

What we did

We built the extraction, transformation and loading to handle diverse and unseen formats, with sensible defaults so new POS systems can be connected and provisioned automatically.

What changed

More than 10,000 POS integrations, including more than 2,000 custom POS systems. New POS systems are defaulted and provisioned without manual intervention.

Why it matters

Growth no longer depends on someone hand-building each new connection.
