Businesses are embracing Claude’s session-based and managed agent architecture to bypass traditional SaaS. Many have already invested, but are not always seeing it pay off yet.

How it runs

Each fortnight, for as many fortnights as you like, we pick a challenge and solve it. We run workshops, showcases, and build and evaluation sprints. As problems are solved, we help you improve the implementation so the CTO won’t need to support it.
