How it runs

• Readiness assessment. Over a couple of weeks, working in the background with access to your people and resources, we assess where you stand against a standard and where to improve. It is a great input into planning, and an essential step in preparing for formal assessment against a standard such as ISO 42001.
• Audit. We are trained auditors and, provided there is no conflict, we can work with you and a certifying body as your auditor. We are practitioners who understand the work from the inside. We work quickly because we don’t need things explained twice, and we don’t spend your time on matters that don’t need it.
